Divesites in the Visayas

Dive Information: dive operators, liveaboards, dive safety, dive conditions
Underwater photos taken in Bohol, Negros, Cebu.

The islands in the very center of the Philippines are called the Visayas. They compromise the islands of Cebu, Negros, Bohol, Leyte and Siquijor as well as Biliran, Panay, Romblon and Samar. I have visited the Visayas several times and some of my favorite dive sites are here. I have compiled a large collection of information, tips, descriptions of dive sites and maps for the interested reader.

Cebu City has an international airport and is the best place to start your trip to these nice dive areas. There are daily ferries connecting Cebu to the other major islands. Also, most of the dive operators will organise a pick up at the airport or ferry terminal for you.
