How to get to east Malaysia

Malaysia (mainland and Borneo)

   

How to get to the Perhentians: To get there fly to Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia and then on to Kota Bharu, then bus / taxi to Kuala Besut, take ferry to Perhentian Islands, stay at Coral View Resort , Mama's place or Paradise Resort.

How to get to Redang: Fly to Kuala Terrenganu, take taxi to Merang, take ferry to Redang. Stay at Coral Redang Beach Resort (expensive) or Redang Lagoon (cheaper).

How to get to Lang Tengah: The dive operators will arrange transport from Merang

Change in between islands: Want to go from Redang to the Perhentians or the other way around? Either go by ferry and taxi or try Mama's place or the Coral View Resort for a special trip. Starting from Redang you phone to Perhentian and have them pick you up.
